Through the requirements as specified in the Local Health System Integration Act (LHSIA) and the Ministry-LHIN Accountability Agreement (M-LAA), Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) must have a current Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA) in place with their health service providers. As such, the WWLHIN has attached your Agreement and updated schedules for your M-SAA through to March 31st 2022.
