The purpose of this Agreement is to secure for the Company, the Union and the employees, the full benefits of orderly collective bargaining. It is the intent of the Company and the Union to operate under methods which will further to the fullest possible extent the safety, welfare and health of the workers, the economy of operation, the quality and quantity of output, cleanliness and protection of property, and to provide fair wage rates and working conditions.
