Omnipless Manufacturing (Pty) Limited (a Thales Aerospace Communications company), incorporated under the laws of South Africa, registered under the number 2002/009019/07, with its registered office at Westlake Drive, Westlake, Cape Town 7945, South Africa (“Buyer”) issuing the order in which these terms are referenced and the recipient company (“Supplier") of such Purchase Order. Supplier and Buyer shall be known individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. This Agreement shall become effective upon the date of the Buyer’s Order to the Supplier (the “Effective Date”).
