General Terms. This Membership Agreement contains the terms and conditions governing your membership in and accounts offered by your credit union. By signing your Share Account Agreement, you accept and agree to be bound by the provisions as set forth in it, this Membership Agreement, the rate and fee disclosures applicable to your account(s) with CFCU, its charter and bylaws, and any amendments or changes in terms to any of them. The Credit Union reserves the right to change any and all terms and conditions of any of them. You will receive notice of any changes in terms in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. The terms and conditions as set forth in this Membership Agreement are applicable to all types of accounts offered by the Credit Union.
