This Class Action Settlement and Release Agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the following parties: Michelle Sedory (“Plaintiff”), individually and on behalf of similarly situated persons, and Aldi Inc. (“ALDI” or “Defendant”). Plaintiff and Defendant are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
