Please list the names of each person with whom you wish to share a suite for the upcoming academic year. The minimum number for each group is four for Patch, 5 or 6 for DTAV. Groups must decide in advance which type of suite they prefer. Each group applying for housing in DTAV/Patch must have a majority (4 or 5) of students with Junior or Senior standing for Fall 2019*. *One student (for Patch) with Sophomore standing for Fall 2019, a GPA of 3.0 and no conduct issues with Residence Life; or two students (for DTAV-Lown and Smith) with Sophomore standing, a GPA of at least 2.5, and no conduct issues with Residence Life may apply as part of a group of Juniors/Seniors . Groups of sophomores wishing to apply should submit the Smith House Suite Application Form. Full groups are given priority. Applications from partial coed groups will not be accepted. Suite assignments will be made by the Housing Office and groups notified by February 8, 2019 of their suite assignment. Completed Application
