The Recipient has proposed that the GN contribute toward the project entitled: Parking Garage Design Phase. The GN, in accordance with the Municipal Parking Garage Program of the Department of Community & Government Services, wishes to provide Conditional Contribution funding for the Project. The GN and the Recipient recognize the need for accountability by all Parties and wish to establish the terms and conditions of the Conditional Contribution Agreement.
