This Account Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the non-interest-bearing deposit account (the “Account”) made available to you by ODP Solutions dba “Sky Financial” or “SkyFi”, the Program Manager of your banking relationship (“Program”, “we”, “us”). Program is not a bank. All banking services are provided by Stearns Bank N.A. (“Bank”), a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”). “You” and “your” means each and every owner of the Account and anyone else with authority to deposit, withdraw, or exercise control over the funds in the account. Access to your Account and the services under this Agreement is available only through Program’s website and/or mobile application. You should review the Agreement and all related account opening documents for a complete list of services available.
