This is a Master Agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of Milpitas, a general law city of the State of California (“City”) and the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, a public transit district (“VTA”) (collectively, the “Parties”). This Agreement is entered into this day of 2010 (the “Effective Date”).
