THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2009, by and between the City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, acting by and through its political subdivision, the Cheyenne Police Department, hereinafter referred to as the “Department,” and the Cheyenne Regional Airport Board, hereinafter referred to as the “Airport Board.”
