AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of October, 2007, by and between JOHNSON COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT NO. 2 , a fire district organized and existing under K.S.A. 19-3613 et seq. (hereinafter referred to as "Fire District") and the CITY OF OVERLAND PARK, a municipal corporation created and existing under the laws of the State of Kansas (hereinafter referred to as "City" or “Overland Park”).
