This agreement provides for 30 gallons per minute of treatment capacity to be purchased by the Company, and the delivery of treated water to the Town of Rockville. This capacity will be paid for through the Company’s participation in the debt service of the new plant, at a level equal to the percentage of the capacity purchased (30 gpm/810 gpm), or about $5,957, billed annually.
