Background: The Weld County Sheriff’s Office submitted a request for a revised jail services agreement. The current agreement is several years old and a revision was necessary as a matter of updating and making current the agreement. The substance of the agreement remains the same. Revisions were minor and included language to make the agreement comport with current state law. This has been reviewed by the City of Dacono general counsel.
