PURCHASE AGREEMENT FROM THE CAMP SFDP FACILITY (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 21, 2013 (the “Effective Date”) by and between GEORGIA POWER COMPANY, a Georgia corporation (“Georgia Power”), SOLAR DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Solar Design”), and SDD SOLAR PROJECT 2, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Assignee”). Solar Design, Assignee and Georgia Power are jointly referred to hereinafter as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
