The purpose of this agreement is to promote harmonious relations between the Management and its salaried employees represented by the Association; to establish and maintain salaries as well as working and employment conditions that are just and fair for all and to foresee an expeditious and fair mechanism for the adjudication of grievances that occur between the two parties herein.
