BY CLICKING YOUR ACCEPTANCE ACKNOWLEDGMENT OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY ALLIANCE (OR AUTHORIZING ANY OTHER PERSON TO DO SO), CUSTOMER CONSENTS TO BE BOUND BY AND WILL BE A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND CUSTOMER TO THIS AGREEMENT.
