This Agreement, effective April 1, 2021 is entered into by and between Georgia State University ("School") and The Ohio State University on behalf of its Health System, Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute and Ambulatory Services Site for the medical center rehabilitation department ("Clinical Site") for the purpose of establishing a clinical education affiliation agreement for occupational therapy and physical therapy students.
