The purpose of this Agreement is to secure for the District of Sooke, the Union and the employees of the District covered by this Agreement the full benefit of orderly and legal collective bargaining and to ensure to the fullest extent possible, the safety and physical welfare of the employees, economy of operation and protection of property. It is recognized by this Agreement to be the duty of the District and the Union and the employees to cooperate fully, individually and collectively, for the advancement of said conditions.
