A Master Inuit Employment Plan (IEP) to 2023 was dra�ed in 2017-2018 to establish long-term strategic direc�ons in Inuit employment for the Government of Nunavut (GN) as a whole organiza�on and in specific occupa�onal groups in the public service. The Master Inuit Employment Plan built on the founda�ons established in the GN’s first Inuit Employment Plan, which was developed in 2000 and updated in implementa�on plans from 2003 to 2013.
