This Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) provides the terms and conditions for the software (the “Software”) contained on any Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG and sold through Kärcher North America Inc. (“KNA”) KIRA B50 product (“B50”), and governs the relationship between the individual or legal entity licensing the Software under this Agreement (the “End User”) and KNA. KNA is a subsidiary of Kärcher Company, a Delaware corporation and an affiliate of Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG. Kärcher Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates are collectively referred to in this Agreement as “Kärcher”.
