This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. Payment must be received in full prior to the event. Conference details will be issued subject to receipt of payment. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of registration information. If you have not heard from us within 7 days prior to the conference, please contact the conference office. The closing date for registration is 4th March, 2004. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations up to three weeks before the event (by 26th February, 2004) - full credit less than an administration fee of £30 per delegate will be charged. No refunds are possible for cancellations after 27th February, 2004. However, substitutions are acceptable. Fees include all day access to the event, available conference papers, lunch and refreshments. We reserve the right to alter the programme, speakers and venue should it be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
