This PredPol Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between PredPol Inc., a California corporation, with offices at 331 Soquel Avenue, Suite 100, Santa Cruz, CA 95062 ("PredPol") and the entity agreeing to these terms ("Customer").
