I understand that the deposit is non- refundable if the event is cancelled after 48 hours prior to the event and I agree to pay the balance due in full, which is based on the number of attendees, at the end of the party. I understand that I am obligated to pay for the minimum number of attendees that the booking person guaranteed. If you guarantee 8 but only 5 attend, you are responsible for paying for 8.
