This Agreement, entered on the 1st day of July, 2022, to June 30, 20225 is between the Board of Education of the Anchor Bay School District, Counties of Macomb and St. Clair, State of Michigan (“Board” or “District” or “Employer”) and the Anchor Bay School Office Employees TPOAM (“Association”). The term “Central Office” as used in this Agreement refers to administrators located in the District’s Central Office, including the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Director of Human Resources.
