MANDATE. I acknowledge that all payment instructions issued by ExpressCredit on the grounds of the Debit Authorization should be treated by any third party as issued by me personally. I further acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that the full monthly installment is paid monthly. In the event that a lesser deduction is debited by ExpressCredit, it shall be my responsibility to notify ExpressCredit and to pay the balance within the month in which the installment is due failing which I authorise ExpressCredit to deduct the balance due at any time without further reference to me.
