The term “Employer” shall include any employer who has given any of the foregoing employer associations (the “Associations”) the authority to bargain on its behalf and any employer who is not affiliated with any of the Associations, but which becomes signatory to this Agreement or enters into a separate agreement with the Union, incorporating by reference therein, the provisions of this Agreement. Upon execution of this Agreement and upon request of the Union from time-to-time thereafter, the Associations shall provide the Union with a list of the Employers on whose behalf they executed this Agreement.
