(PJM), an executed Interconnection Service Agreement (ISA) among PJM, Water Strider Solar, LLC (Water Strider), and Virginia Electric and Power Company (VEPCO), designated as Service Agreement No. 5496 (Water Strider ISA).1 You state that the Water Strider ISA supersedes the interim ISA among PJM, Water Strider, and VEPCO, designated as Service Agreement No. 5252, which is to be cancelled effective October 10, 2019. You also state that PJM is submitting the Water Strider ISA for filing because it contains nonconforming provisions to accommodate the interconnection, specifically, a schedule of charges in Schedule E.
