On July 26, 2022, the United Faculty of Florida at FGCU (UFF-FGCU) and the FGCU Board of Trustees (BOT) negotiators reached a tentative agreement on the 2021-2024 full-book Collective Bargaining Agreement. All employees in the bargaining unit are eligible to vote to accept or to reject the tentative agreement reached on the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
