THIS MUTUAL EXCLUSIVITY SETTLEMENT and LPTV CHANNEL SHARING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of January 10, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) between and among Word Broadcasting Network, Inc.
