THIS MUTUAL EXCLUSIVITY SETTLEMENT and LPTV CHANNEL SHARING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of January 10, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) between and among Word Broadcasting Network, Inc. (“Word) and New York Broadband LLC and its commonly-owned affiliate, New York Spectrum Holding Company LLC (which are collectively referred as “NYSHC”).
