THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1 day of July, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Village of Estero, a Florida municipal corporation, referred to herein as “Owner”, and Chris-Tel Company of Southwest Florida, Inc., d/b/a Chris- Tel Construction, a Florida corporation, referred to herein as “Construction Manager.”
