If you open an OrangePasses account on behalf of a school, district, or other entity, then “you” includes you and that entity referred to as the “Local Education Agency” or “LEA” or “Customer” and you warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to agree to this Agreement. In this case, you must agree to this Agreement on that entity’s behalf.
