THIS REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 17th day of October, 2013, by and between the CITY OF RICHMOND HEIGHTS, MISSOURI (the “City”), an incorporated political subdivision of the State of Missouri, and MENARD, INC., a Wisconsin corporation (the “Developer”). (All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed in Article I of this Agreement.)
