As a condition of supply of the above, the undersigned agrees to accept responsibility for and payment of bills issued by NEWMARKET HYDRO LTD. for billed services, including late payment charges and any applicable Government taxes. The undersigned further agrees to accept the policies and procedures as set from time to time by Newmarket Hydro Ltd. As Newmarket Hydro Ltd., is unable to guarantee a continuous and constant supply of electricity, the customer is advised to consider the use of standby generators or other forms of energy.
