GROOM CONTRACTGrooming Contract • January 7th, 2013
This Contract is between The Animal Den, Inc. (hereinafter called "Resort") and the pet owner whose signature appears below (hereinafter called "Owner"). Furthermore, this Contract is in effect between Owner and Resort for each and every pet owned by Owner and groomed at Resort and this executed Contract encompasses all said pets (hereinafter called "Pet"). The terms and conditions of this executed Contract remain in effect for all grooming appointments, present and future, indefinitely, for all said pets.
