This agreement is made and entered into this day of 20 by and between the Department of Public Safety (hereinafter referred to as DPS), and the a criminal justice and/or law enforcement agency (hereinafter referred to as USER AGENCY). The DPS serves as the FBI’s CJIS Systems Agency (CSA) in New Mexico for the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), the parent agency for the New Mexico Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NMLETS) and the New Mexico Criminal Justice Information System (NMCJIS).
