It is understood and acknowledged by Builder that, unlike insured home builder warranty products administered by PWSC, this Agreement relates solely to PWSC’s administration of the Builder’s home warranty as described herein and does not include any insurance component of any kind or description related to the Builder’s warranty obligations.
