The Labor Relations Principles are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. The Labor Relations Principles are explicitly not grievable under Article 36 of the agreement. The principles, however, govern the administration and inform the interpretation of this Agreement and MOAs entered between the College and the Association and all other interactions between the College and the Association.
