This Agreement Regarding the Development and Construction of Elementary School #8 (“Agreement”) is made by the City of Lakeway (“City”), a Texas home rule city, and the Lake Travis Independent School District (“LTISD”), an independent school district created under the laws of the State of Texas. LTISD and the City may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
