This Work of Art Agreement (the "Agreement"), when signed by the applicant and accepted by Southside Unlimited, constitutes a binding contract between Southside Unlimited and the studio participant signing the signature page of this Agreement. Rights, privileges and obligations commence when the Agreement is signed by both parties (the "Effective Date").
