This Amended and Restated Riverwood Ranch North Public Improvement District Reimbursement Agreement (this “Reimbursement Agreement”) is executed by and between the City of Angleton, Texas (the “City”) and Riverwood Ranch, LLC a Texas limited liability company, (the “Developer”) (individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”) to be effective as of April 23, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) and shall supersede any prior approved reimbursement agreement.
