This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is hereby entered into by and between the Town of Ridgway, Ouray County, Ridgway State Park, Colorado Plateau Mountain Bike Trail Association, Inc., hereinafter referred to as COPMOBA, and the USDI Bureau of Land Management, Uncompahgre Field Office hereinafter referred to as BLM. Collectively all signatories of this MOU will be known as the cooperators.
