THIS AGREEMENT is made this 27th day of September , 2023, in the Territory of the U.S.Virgin Islands, by and between the Government of the Virgin Islands, Department of Property and Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Planning & Natural Resources (hereinafter referred to as "Government") and Springline Architects, LLC. (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor").
