HOUSING AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is entered into as of March 1, 2010 (“Date of Amendment”) by and among the ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a public body, corporate and politic (“Agency”), the ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY, a public body, corporate and politic (“Authority”), and INTEGRITY HOUSING, L.P., a California limited partnership (“Developer”).
