This AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated this day of , 2023, for reference purposes only, and is entered into by and between the Five Cities Fire Authority (“FCFA”), and the Oceano Community Services District (“Oceano”), which are hereinafter referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” This Agreement memorializes Oceano’s ongoing share of unfunded CalPERS liabilities, including but not limited pension/CalPERS, accrued fringe benefits, and other liabilities incurred from Oceano’s participation in the Five Cities Fire Authority, prior to June 30, 2023 (“Liabilities”).
