SUPERINTENDENT’S TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENTSuperintendent's Employment Agreement • October 17th, 2013
Disability. In the event the Superintendent is unable to perform any or all of his duties by reason of illness, accident or other cause beyond his control (“disability”) and said disability exists for a period of more that two (2) months, the Committee may, at its option and upon written notice to the Superintendent, terminate this Agreement. In such event, the Superintendent shall be paid his regular salary until such time the accumulated sick days run out and that the Superintendent be allowed all retirement benefits at the end of this time.
