This grant funding agreement (“Agreement”) is dated July 1, 2020, and is between the City of Oakland, a municipal corporation (the “City”), and CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of California, (the "County" or “Project Sponsor”). The City and the County are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
