This Collective Labour Agreement is made and entered into as of the 17th day of March, 2005 between Goodyear Canada Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", with respect to certain employees at its Collingwood Plant, and the International Union of Operating Engineers contracting on behalf of its Local 772 hereinafter referred to as the "Union".
