This Sublease Agreement (this “Lease”) is made as of this 1st day of August, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburg, a public body, corporate and politic (the “Landlord” or the “Authority”), and Pittsburg Employees Federal Credit Union, a cooperative, not-for-profit financial institution (the “Tenant”).
