This is a cooperative project between the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Division of Sport Fish (Sport Fish) and the Haines Borough (Borough). Sport Fish will provide the design standards and administer the design process for the project, and will fund this portion of the project from its Recreational Boating Access Program. Sport Fish will also help provide project funding for construction activities. The Borough will provide any remaining funding needed for project construction, contract administration for construction of the improvements, and maintenance of the completed facility.
