In exercising the rights and powers conferred upon the Assignee/Bank under the Facilities Agreement (Individual), Deed of Assignment (Property) and Power of Attorney all dated 21st day of December, 2016 entered into between the Assignee/Bank and the Assignors/Customer in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between Southkey City Sdn Bhd (“The Vendor”) and Lim Khang Chun (“The Purchaser”) dated the 05th day of December, 2016 it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer.
